The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. In such a case, the applicable terms will be those in effect at the date of the buyer’s order.

The sale, once concluded, is between the seller and the buyer, with EcoWipes solely providing and managing the website.

By accessing and using the Website in any way, including browsing, creating an account, or contributing to the content or other elements of the Website, you expressly understand, acknowledge, and agree to be bound by the terms of use.

By accepting these terms of use, the buyer declares that they are of legal age in their state of residence. The use of our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes is prohibited.

Product and Service Features

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the Company's website and are provided by an identified Seller who assumes responsibility, excluding EcoWipes.

These products are offered for sale subject to availability.

Photographs and colors of the products shown on the website, provided by the Seller under its responsibility, may not guarantee an exact resemblance to the product offered, especially concerning colors.

Prices

On the payment page, the main price is displayed along with VAT. However, in some cases, VAT, other taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by your destination country will be borne by the buyer.

The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

In case of an error concerning VAT, it may be adjusted according to applicable rules.

The prices do not include order processing, transport, and delivery fees, as applicable.

Geographical Area

The Company reserves the right, without obligation, to restrict sales of its products or services to any person, geographical region, or jurisdiction or to limit the quantities sold.

Orders

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate information and to confirm the information and content related to the items they wish to purchase before submitting an order.

The buyer is presumed to have full knowledge and understanding of the details of the items they are purchasing when submitting the order. The Company shall not be held responsible for issues arising after the sale due to a misunderstanding of the information and content on the website.

Once the items are selected, they will be added to the buyer’s cart.

The buyer must:

• Complete the identification form by providing all requested contact information or provide their customer number if they have one;
• Validate the order after checking it;
• Make payment under the provided conditions;
• Confirm the order and payment.

The Company is not responsible if the information provided on the Website is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any order. It may, at its discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

These restrictions may include orders placed with the same customer account, credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.

The buyer confirms they are not a merchant or placing an order for resale purposes.

In the event of a modification or cancellation of an order, the Company will attempt to notify the buyer by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order.

The Company reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in its judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Order confirmation implies acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of full knowledge, and the waiver of reliance on the buyer's own terms or other conditions.

All data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation will serve as a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out between the buyer and the seller, excluding EcoWipes.

The Company will send email confirmation of the recorded order.

The Company may give buyers access to third-party payment tools over which it has no control or influence, and buyers choose to use these at their own responsibility according to the terms set by these third parties.

Therefore, no responsibility is assumed by the Company. Any use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should ensure that you understand and accept the terms under which the tools are provided by the respective third-party providers.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

In the event of typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability, the Company reserves the right to correct, modify, update the information, or cancel orders if the information on the service or any associated website is inaccurate at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted).

Right of Withdrawal

Non-professional buyers benefit from a fourteen-day withdrawal period from the receipt of their order to return the product to the seller for a refund without penalty. It should be noted that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Termination

If, in the Company's opinion, buyers do not comply with or are suspected of not complying with any term or provision of these terms of service, the Company may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and the seller and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

Payment Methods

Payments made via the Website are processed by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, PayPal, online bank transfers, Apple Pay, etc.

To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, the buyer’s credit card details are encrypted.

Once the order is received, the Company requests pre-authorization on the card to ensure sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

No financial transaction information is stored or recorded.

Shipping

The Company handles sales but is not responsible for the shipment of products ordered via the Website. The Seller ships products mainly from China. The transport of goods is entrusted to another logistics provider chosen by the seller.

Products are shipped directly to the customer’s home.

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address specified during purchase confirmation, which must be within the agreed-upon geographical area.

The delivery time varies based on the processing, verification of orders, and quality control within 24 to 48 hours following order confirmation and production.

Production and delivery times are indicated at checkout, and they may range from 5 to 15 business days.

The seller aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, during certain periods, deliveries may take longer. Due to COVID-19 and other customs or geopolitical constraints, delivery times may be longer than usual. All necessary precautions regarding order processing and safety are taken into account.

When the package is delivered to the carrier, it is considered delivered to the buyer, and the risk of loss or damage is transferred from the seller to the buyer. Therefore, in case of damage during transport, the claim must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. The Seller's liability is no longer engaged, and EcoWipes, which is not a party to the sale, is in any case excluded.

Delivery times are given for reference only; if they exceed thirty days from the order date, the sales contract with the Seller may be terminated, and the buyer will be refunded.

However, in case of a delivery or other issue, the Company commits to doing everything possible to engage the seller and/or the carrier to resolve the situation.

Reviews and Comments

If the buyer submits any contributions, specific proposals, such as contest entries, or if, without our request, the buyer submits creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, designs, or other elements, online, by email, mail, or otherwise, the buyer agrees that the Company may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and use them in any medium, abandoning any claim to intellectual property rights, payment, or compensation to the Company to which it transmits possible rights.

The Company is under no obligation to keep comments confidential, pay compensation for any comments, or respond to any comments. Comments are made under the responsibility of their author.

The Company may, without obligation, monitor, modify, or remove content deemed illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or that violates the intellectual property of any party or these general terms of use.
